When we purchased our house in Harpswell, a condition of the sale was to include this Chilton dining room set. The realtor thought we were crazy to add such a stipulation. But we felt this beautiful furniture enhanced the comfort of the home. The seller understood our request and agreed to include it in the sale. Many meals with family, friends and neighbors have been celebrated at this table.
